Boring old homework.

Homework stew

I cooked my maths book in a broth
and stirred it to a steaming froth.
I threw in papers—pencils, too
to make a pot of homework stew.

I turned the flame up nice and hot
and tossed my binder in the pot.
I sprinkled in my book report
with colored markers by the quart.

Despite its putrid, noxious gas,
I proudly took my stew to class.
And though the smell was so grotesque,
I set it on my teacher's desk.

My teacher said, 'You're quite a chef.
But still you're going to get an F.
I didn't ask for ‘homework stew,'
I said, ‘Tomorrow, homework's due.''

As you probably can  tell I love to cook. Speaking of that. keep refreshing your browsers for my recipes. They soon shall make away to your plates and into your tummy.

I got so much assignments from college and just fancied writing a poem about that today with a bit of humour from cooking.

If you do your homework last minute.  Then this poem is just for you!!

Do Your Homework Now

I've told you once, Mom's told you twice
forgetting homework just isn't nice.
Homework is like getting dressed
got to do it to be your best.
You say it isn't fair,
but people do it everywhere.
Do it now, get it done.
I know, I know it isn't fun.
Homework is like cleaning your room,
except you don't have to use a broom.
Do it now, we'll give you a treat,
something tasty good to eat.
We're like parrots repeating stuff,
like our brains have turned to fluff.
JUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK NOW!

With that said. I better go and do my assignments.
